WEEK 6 podcast 3 (body image)

This is me and Emilee's third podcast this was going of our last podcast about how social media made us view our body in not such a good way at such a young age. to run down our topic me and Emilee both agreed that social media was not good for using at a young age because we would see these perfect people online and at a young age we didn't understand why we didn't look like that, we started building insecurities and it started affecting our mental health that, it began to change our mental health and the way we started thinking and acting.
